Managing my property from afar has been a breeze, thanks to Zen Rent Property Management. For about 5 years now, they've looked after my place in Mesa, Arizona, and I've had a really good experience with them. Bailee has been awesome to work with. She's super organized, always on top of things, and just makes everything run smoothly. She's great at keeping in touch and making sure I'm in the loop. Russell, the guy in charge, is also really responsive. Whenever I've had a question or needed something, he's been right there with an answer. It's comforting to know my property is in good hands with people who actually care. If you're looking for a property management team that's easy to work with and really reliable, I'd definitely recommend Zen Rent. Big thanks to Bailee, Russell, and the whole crew over there!

​Zen is awesome: Lucky, Priscilla, and whole Zen team are exceptional property managers. The properties are physically well maintained and managed with convenient and logical web-based systems that simplify everyone’s life. Our family owned investment properties were a mess to manage with the property management company we were using. At first we were afraid to make a switch. We were not confident in managing our properties on our own. Boy were we glad we did. The transition could’ve been a nightmare but once we signed on with The Zen team it was as if we didn’t need to do a thing. They just took over and always give us a weekly, monthly and quarterly report. Annual reports are so clear and concise (simple). Anyone we call from the management company helps us. Best part is our tenants are crazy about them. We can send a tenant survey with the click of a button and we get all the feedback we need. These people are frickin wizards with technology. We do not use and they do not use any subcontractors. We have been using them for over 3 years and when they asked us to do a review we were obliged to do so. Highly recommend them. Definitely worth it. Their owner online portal is like having a property management app. Not sure if other companies do what these guys do but we interviewed a few companies but no one gave us confidence like this company.

Nobody is better or more talented then Bradley (Tee) he has delivered us locations and spaces over and over. Without him there would be no Bliss or maybe just 1 instead of 12 in 3 years. Tee and Yen make it happen.!!!
