Outstanding service! Brought my car in and staff was very friendly and helpful. I was constantly updated through phone calls and texts. Upon pick up the car looked phenomenal everything I expected and more. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Hands down the best service I have gotten in a while.

Cole’s Collision has restored my faith in humanity. After my daughter’s car was hit while parked, the other driver’s insurance company refused to pay the full price of repairs, leaving us short $1,141. I spent hours talking with them to no avail. Although I gave up, Cole’s continued to advocate on our behalf. Today George called and said they just didn’t think it was right and are cutting me a check for the difference. Wow. In a world where everyone seems focused on the bottom line, Cole’s is focused on doing what’s right for their customers. That’s value. I can’t thank the entire team enough, from Becky to George and Josh. Amazing team! Our thanks also to the mechanics, who did an outstanding job on the repairs. Extremely thorough and they detailed the car before returning it to us. It looked like new!

Great service, The repairs look great! The whole
job looks brand new! You can tell they didn’t cut corners. Then SURPRISE, go pick up the vehicle and ITS CLEAN! They cleaned the windows, including getting rid of an old sticky one that I never got too. Vacuumed the floors & cleaned the rubber mats!

Everybody here was kind and good-hearted. Loved the level of communicating from shop to customer and felt comfortable asking questions on how things were progressing. There is a shop dog, she's the absolute best :). When I picked up my vehicle, it looked better than when I bought it, I mean, the color match from bumper to body was seamless, and they cleaned the interior. Very pleasant surprise. I hope I don't need to go back for some time but if I did I would come here.

Best of the best!!! Work here is so good it almost makes you want to have more fender benders. LOL Just kidding. But Coles is the best around and the people there really care about you and are wonderful at what they do. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs. Give them a shot. You won't be sorry.
