With this being my first time financing a car, I couldn't ask for a better place to have gone to. I worked Deandre and he did an amazing job with helping me find the perfect car. He made sure I understood all areas of the process as well as being available to provide answers to all the questions I had about the car and process. I used the Amazon car buying experience. I was told I was their first ever customer on this pilot program. This is not a normal review.

The Amazon webpage and process has issues, this dealership did not.
I was able to do most of what I wanted online.

Matt the Amazon concierge/point of contact was on the ball. Went above and beyond. He took care of all the stuff like a salesman would, but there was no pressure because the deal was already done.

The finance guy Nick, had everything done before I got there. He even made sure I shopped insurance rates saving me over $150 a month. Nick compared every rate I asked him to 6 different ways before I ever came into the store.

There was no up-selling or negotiations. There was zero frustrations from this dealership.

I didn't even test drive the car. Didn't need to, I was well informed before I got there.

I even got a recommendation for a good lunch! 👌

Erik helped me get the car of my dreams, a 2025 Hyundai Elantra N in performance blue. The entire process was simple thanks to him, most of it being handled over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, 90 mins from my home, I was made to feel like I just arrived at my second house. I already picked out a car and made a deposit but Erik still walked around with me and answered all my stupid questions about whatever car I was looking at at that moment. Overall the entire staff was amazing, even the ones who weren’t working with me at the time. Thank you again to everyone at World Hyundai of Matteson!

Gotta love them!!! Chevy, Donte, and Eric always take such good care of me!!!! The staff there has always been kind, funny, and patient; almost like family.
