Alyssa and Matt were excellent to work with while I was shopping for a home. I had a pretty specific list of features I was looking for in a limited price range, but they never lost patience through what felt like an endless barrage of showings to find the right home. They were flexible on scheduling and able to accommodate showings on my lunch break or after work in the early evenings, even before work on one occasion. They gave me honest opinions about things they didn't like about certain homes we were looking at, instead of just pushing for the sale. When we finally found the home, Matt walked me through everything from the initial offer, negotiating with the sellers, and closing. I absolutely recommend these two and hope they're still doing this if/when I ever need to look for a home again.
