If the amenities are important RUN, pool locker room and workout center dirty. You can only access when the office is open, so if you work you will never get to use them. They raise your rent anytime you resign your lease. Without fixing up anything in your apartment. Washer and dryer never work. Workout center is outdated with 2 working machine that's it

Working with Woodland Ridge Apartment Complex has been a pleasure, especially thanks to their exceptional maintenance supervisor, Jose. As a landscaping company, we frequently collaborate with Jose, and his professionalism and dedication to keeping the property in top condition stand out.
Jose is always organized, communicates effectively, and ensures every detail is addressed, which makes our work seamless. His knowledge and hands-on approach show in how well-maintained the entire property is. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the community he serves.

We highly recommend woodland ridge and commend Jose for his outstanding work. It’s been a privilege to partner with such a well-managed property.

My husband and I started living at Woodland Ridge Apartments about two months ago. We have had a wonderful experience from the start of the move in process to now, living there. Yadi, the Assistant Property Manager, has been so wonderful! She helped answer questions in a timely manner, always willing to help, and is so kind! Whenever I have a question or need help I know I can reach out to her. I would recommend living here! It is very quiet, clean, and any problems we have needed to call maintenance for, they have gotten back to us quickly.

Yadi helped us move in very fast when other places were having trouble processing our applications and made us lose over $1000+ we never got back.
This is the original place I wanted to move to while apartment shopping. The fact that we had quick efficient support was a big relief, And since we’ve lived here, It’s been quiet, beautiful and the maintenance team helps a lot.

I’ve been here for 3 years going on my 4th. The maintenance team has always done a great job…Jose is always efficient and communicates well with what is going on as well as keeps you in the loop with options. Neighborhood is quiet, a few hiccups here and there nothing out of the ordinary.

Woodland Ridge has been my home for the past eight years, and as I prepare to move on, I can’t express enough gratitude for the incredible experiences I’ve had here. This community has been more than just a place to live—it has been my first home after college, a space where I’ve grown and thrived, and a supportive environment through countless seasons of life.

Shene, the property manager, has shown exceptional leadership. She listens attentively to both positive feedback and constructive suggestions, consistently striving to make Woodland Ridge a better place. Her efforts have truly transformed the complex into a warm, welcoming home for so many.

Jose is, without a doubt, the best maintenance professional I’ve ever encountered. From being my first neighbor to always ensuring my unit was in top condition, his dedication is unmatched. Alongside Abel and Mikey, the maintenance team always brings professionalism, kindness, and efficiency to their work.

Yadi has been a bright light in this community. Her positivity, kindness, and growth within her role have left a lasting impact. I have no doubt her future is as bright as her contributions to Woodland Ridge.

While I’m moving on, I will always hold fond memories of my time at Woodland Ridge. To anyone considering making this their home, know that you’ll be part of a community that genuinely cares about its residents. Thank you, Woodland Ridge Team, for making this place so special!

I am a resident in woodland ridge. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Very well maintained. Jose from maintenance if very helpful and handy at any thing wrong in our apartments or on the property. I trust him entering my apartment to work on any problems. The office staff is awesome. Very professional Shane and Brittany and yadi. Are amazing at there job. Very kind and helpful. Love the events being held on the property. Nothing but a++++++ here

I’ve recently moved to Woodland Ridge Apartments a month and a half ago. I always want to give thorough and accurate reviews hence why I waited over a month to share. My overall experience hasn’t been great and I would not recommend this place to anyone for the reasons listed below:

1. Predatory practices: Since I moved in, every time I check my Rent Portal they are charging me for something. These charges are unexplained fees that I didn’t agree to when I signed my lease. It’s quite concerning especially knowing that they are doing it to everyone. They are lining their pockets with these random fees at the expense of their loyal tenants. So whatever they say you are paying for rent add on about $200 more as a buffer. (Which this apartment is definitely not worth)
2. Parking: This Apartment charges for Parking. But when you see the parking lot you wouldn’t understand why. Parking should be free if it’s not possible to find parking even somewhat close to your home. We are not in the city, so why are we even paying for parking. If I have groceries the walk to my door is the absolute worst. Even worse is when it’s freezing outside and you get home late at night, The walk from your car to door can be about 3-5 minutes and when it’s dark outside, as a women I don’t feel safe at all. And it is upsetting because they charged for parking as if we had assigned parking spots or something.
3. Dog Poop all outside. I was carrying a piece of furniture and almost stepped in it. They need to add those little clean up stations everywhere to encourage people to clean up after their dogs.

All-in-All don’t move here. You can pay just as much as they charge for rent here with all their unexplained fees, at a much nicer apartment complex with an in-unit washer and dryer. I have to live with this for the next 10.5 months how unfortunate. If there are any updates I will come back to update this review. Whether it’s positive or negative.
