Around the end of July I was looking at apartments with them. Maintenance guy told me it would take less then a week to get the place ready. I had just moved back from FL and was staying with my cousin. A week goes by and I go in to see what's up and they were talking about a deposit. I put the deposit or "holding fee" so they called it plus first months rent. End of the month, the apartment still wasn't ready. I asked them for a refund to which they said they couldn't. I had to leave for my grandparents anniversary party, so I would deal with it when I got back to town. When I got back to town, beginning of September they apartment they offered me still wasn't ready. So they called and offered me the one across the hall but it was waiting for the ac and heat to be fixed and the bathroom floor. I looked at it said ok. End of September, the apartment still wasn't ready. They wanted me to sign a lease for an apartment with no heat with winter coming. I told them I just wanted my money back so I could find another place. They said all they could give me was my rent back and not the $230 I put down as a "holding fee." Which is funny cause they wasn't holding anything for me and none of it was my fault. I was waiting on them. I didn't get the apartment and lost $230 with nothing to show. They are rude and are lazy and liars. I wouldn't rent from them if you have a choice.

If i could i would give no stars! almost a year and still no deposit back. we have called and called and no one can seem to get it together. they seem to go through workers quit a bit and it just keeps getting passed off. now it seems that they are talking with the owner, but he is always busy, or out. i have found roman's personal email on their website and no response back. all i state was that we wanted our deposit and wasn't sure what the hold up was. i filled out a paper when i turned in keys stating our new address for the deposit.

update 12/8/15
no word from them since last review which was last contact. no letters no calls, no emails. i thought id try again to get my deposit back, so when i call i get a man who says its up to the owner, he handles it all. so i ask how do i get a hold of him? answer....im sorry i dont have his phone number! how do you not have your bosses phone number.?

update 4/27/16
still no deposit, no reply to any comments or emails i send. and have no idea how to get a hold of their boss who is the only one who can give a deposit back. that makes no sense.

This place has a discriminatory landlord named Jen. She’s rude, unprofessional and childish. She allows some tenants to have dogs and not charge the pet deposit or the extra rent while she charges the neighbors that have dogs extra. She allows drugs to be dealt from the apartments. She is not any kind of responsible landlord. This place gets less than 1 star rating. Don’t move here

They force their renters to live with roaches and will turn your water off for "maintenance". My poor partner has been jerked around by them for months and we finally found a new place so he doesn't have to rent from these slumlords anymore

NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They are completely unprofessional and shady. They will find any way possible to screw you over. Staff is very unprofessional and have no knowledge of how to run a business. I have never heard any positive comments made about this rental company.

Horrible! Overall. Apt. Leaked never fixed. Molded on my stuff . then made my daughter move due to not signing a new lease.
