I've been renting from Guido at VPM for close to five years now, and it has been the best rental experience I've had in NYC. Guido and his team are attentive and quick to respond to any issues.

Their maintenance support, in particular, is impressive. There was an instance when my dryer broke, and the very next day, a technician was sent to my apartment to fix the issue.

I was a bit concerned about renting an apartment with a manager instead of directly from the owner, but my experience with VPM was great. Whenever I needed to get something fixed in the apartment they were super responsive and polite. I also never had any problems with billing or the move out process. Luca and Patty are really great.

VPM is a great team. Our condominium building hired them after initially dealing with another management company that did not look after our building's interest. VPM came in with a plan and helped get our building back in great shape. Moreover, they charged a reasonable fee for their services and their people are just very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
