YaVonne and the team at VCL are awesome. Very clean and quiet community, they always have different events in clubhouse throughout the year. Maintenance crew always did a wonderful job with anything needed. If it wasn’t for moving out of state would’ve definitely renewed. Great experience overall.

I lived at Villas at Crystal Lake for 5 years, the entire time I was stationed at Scott AFB. I absolutely loved living here! I lived in both a 1 bed, 1 bath and later moved into a 2 bed, 2 bath. Both apartments were amazing. The property managers, YaVonne and Christina were so good to me and always so helpful. The maintenance staff were great as well, and took care of my requests same day almost always. If you’re looking for a quiet,
clean and friendly community to live in, I recommend this place!

We have lived at Villas at Crystal Lake since the end of February. It has been such a great experience. Von in the leasing office is so extremely helpful and professional, which in my opinion has made the experience flawless and easy. Not every community you choose to live in, no matter how much you spend in monthly rent, is this way. Von is there to greet you with a smile on her face, is there to answer any and all questions, and is excellent at following up with residents. I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful it has been to live here. And I highly recommend this property to anyone.

My partner and I have stayed at Villas at Crystal Lake for about 2 years, and we have had a wonderful experience with our stay. Christina and the maintenance team are amazing. They have been super helpful when I had questions or if the apartment needed something. My partner and I officially bought our first home recently, and moved out. We made lots of memories with our stay at Crystal Lake and would recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you to Christina for everything. You have been amazing!

Villas at Crystal Lake is a great community with great amenities. The community managers are so kind and helpful. They make it a point to know every tenant and always say hi when they see you. The maintenance crew are friendly and fix problems in a timely manner. I've thoroughly enjoed my time there.

My partner and I have lived here for 3 years and would have stayed longer if we hadn’t purchase a house. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly, efficient in their work, and respond in a timely manner. The apartments are fairly quiet and we very rarely hear our neighbors when we are inside. The staff goes above and beyond with communication and expectations. I also really enjoy that they invite food trucks every once in a while. The community is very friendly, I feel very safe walking around the complex and visiting the pool/ gym. The site is also very clean and has great landscaping. I would definitely recommend these apartments!

Villas at Crystal Lake is a great place to live! The whole community is nice and quiet. The property managers, Christina and YaVonne, are amiable. They will go out of their way to help resolve any issues. Jeff and the maintenance crew also go out of their way to resolve any problems that may come up. Best of all, this community is near Scott AFB, restaurants, and grocery shopping!
