UPholdings' housing developments here in central California are beautiful, high-quality, and are helping our local unhoused residents with both permanent housing and support services. I am grateful they are now building here in the Central Valley - we need more PSH with this higher level of standard.

From my experiencethe department building on 126.South-central is horrible.They move anybody in the building from drug addicts the gang members. They can't keep nobody in the office like management Every few months there's a different manager so you can't get the load on. my apartment flooded 6 timesin 2024
The building vandalized repeatedly People in the Hallways Sleep. At management does nothing about it.
But they continu tell you to go up on the rent.

I have been living here going on two years and every property manager quits due to the garbage management team of Upholdings LLC. Starting from Kelly Brown and Lawanda Moore. They sit behind their desks harassing the tenants through emails and calls if you're late with the rent. They lose paperwork and expect you to conjure up the documents that you originally submitted to them a year ago. Then Kelly Brown threatens to raise your rent to full market value due to THEIR MISTAKE!! She threatens and harasses you to the point of accepting those conditions to avoid moving. She is unfair and unprofessional!
As the other reviews stated... the walls are paper thin... the noise level is ridiculous and management doesn't care to put families with 3-4 kids on the lower leveled apartments. There is a MAJOR roach problem as well as fruit flies but the roaches are crawling on the walls of the 3rd and 4th floors. By the elevators and the lobby. It is disgusting!! It took them several months to finally advise us that they will be exterminating the building next week. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! ALL THE TENANTS IN PARKVIEW APARTMENTS SHOULD GO ON A STRIKE UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE POOR CONDITIONS OF THIS BUILDING!! I wouldn't give them any stars but this was the only way to post this review.

Lastly... they finally have a property manager that started 1-2 weeks ago... I called, left a voicemail and followed up with an email about the dogs barking the last two days in the apartment above me and she emails me back (today... Friday), that she will reach out to the tenants on Monday!!! Seriously... today is Friday!! They don't care about anything that goes on in that building! Just ridiculous.

Horrible company gentrifiying local communities with real estate conglomerates and closing streets and traffic for years and years without warning and no rerouting. Low quality everything apartments that are made of cardboard and dust but slapped with paint and shiny fabrics to look nice. Then charging new apartments at price gouging levels. Hope they go bankrupt after the housing bubble collapses and they forclose all their assets. Their buildings will crumble within years from the sh*t work done by them and their corrupt real estate investors.

DONT EVER LIVE IN ANY OF THEIR RAGGEDY SUBSIDIZING APARTMENTS. YOU WONT LIKE IT AT ALL. ITS BASICALLY A QUICKLY PATHETIC BUILT BUILDING, THAT THEY THROW HOMELESS, SICKLY, AND VETERANS IN. AND ALL FOR MONEY ONLY. AND THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT ANYTHING ABOUT NOR WHAT'S GOING ON IN THEM. ALL OF THEIR APARTMENTS ARE TOTALLY NIGHTMARES WHEREVER THEY BULD THEM, ALWAYS.
