I would like to warn anyone who purchases ANY auction items and chooses to have them mailed. I purchased many family heirlooms from my own parent’s home. I do not live locally and had to have them mailed. First of all, they were mailed in boxes that had originally been used for BREAD and these had obviously been used before. Despite their attempt at reinforcing the boxes with clear tape, all I received were boxes of crushed crystal, glass, porcelain and several chipped and broken figurines. Money couldn’t pay for these, obviously. I am just sick as many things had been in our family for MANY decades. The most revealing thing is the fact I have called them as I was spilling out glass all over from the holes in the boxes, but there has been no attempt at contacting me. I’m VERY saddened and most disappointed. Their “packing” is far below acceptable.

Horrible customer service. They get confused easily and blame the customer. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company, especially auctions. I’m out $100 and got absolutely nothing in return.

Wasn't impressed. Made plans to meet with them to do the paperwork and I called when I was on my way. He was out of town so he said that someone else could meet me. This person was unprepared and didn't know how to use the computer. Then after I talked to them about using cash to save$ they didn't do that. It gave me the impression of not being professional and just all around not having it together.
