These people are thieves. They scheduled an appointment. Showed up 3 hours late but wouldn't do anything until the diagnostic fee was paid. I paid them promptly and they left 10 minutes stating they would be back the next day. They didn't show the next day and said we had the date wrong. Said they would show up the following and again blew us off. Of course they won't return the diagnostic fee. Please do not use these people.

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Called and made a reservation via phone, stupid me gave my debit card and cancelled said reservation and they charged me $200! Tried to call but kept getting put to voicemail! Today I had someone attempt to steal another $200 twice as it was manually entered per my bank even from the same said card! Do not trust this company!!!!

I definitely agree with what others have noted re: potential scam. They gave incorrect info (said my unit was gas and it was electric) and also were incredibly hard to get ahold of after initial payment was made

Highway Robbery!! Do NOT USE this company!! I was charged $440 for less than an hour’s worth of work and no parts were installed. I called TWP to have my oven calibrated. I was told it was an $85 diagnosis fee but never told what it would cost to calibrate until he was done. I will NEVER EVER use this company again. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of.

Scammers! Do not use this company! I booked this company for a washer and dryer repair. On the day of the repair they canceled my repair without notice no phone call no nothing I just got an email and no reason why. When I phoned to ask why, they said the repair man got into an accident. I rescheduled the appointment. Waited yet again over three hours. And received an email again for a cancellation with no reason why. When I attempted to call them the second time no one was answering the phone. Had no way of contacting them and finding out what happened. The second time prior to the cancellation I called them to confirm that they were coming and was told that the technician was nearby but running behind and wouldn’t in fact arrive. And then soon after that I received an email with the cancellation again. These people are scammers do not use them!!!

Literally the absolute worst company to work with. Tech showed up and said everything was fine, it wasn't, they then made up their own diagnosis instead of coming back to verify what was wrong. I've called repeatedly and asked for someone to come out, no one is answering my calls. Every single thing they've said they would do they haven't. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time working with them. Honestly I've never worked with any company with such poor customer service, workmanship, or integrity. If I could give negative stars here I would. Absolutely appalling.

Scheduled an appointment for mobile detailing. Business owner was polite and understood my concerns. Car smell and looks like I just got it from the dealership!!!!!! Will be seeing these guys again.
