Randy just helped me and my husband buy our first home and I cannot recommend him enough! We never felt pressured or like he was a salesman, in fact, he reassured us that looking at 15+ homes was a part of the process 😆 he always gave his honest, professional opinion when putting in an offer and educated us on the best way to present a strong offer. He was always kind and patient with us and our two small kids. Not only that, but Randy is very educated on anything related to the structure of a home- utilities, how to fix something to make it what you want, the process of how something is done, etc. It’s apparent that Randy is experienced, knowledgeable, and doing something that he loves! Randy is a phenomenal Real estate agent! We actually had him come and evaluate our home 6 months before considering putting our house on the market. He gave us ideas on how to update our home to present it best so that we could sell it quickly. He's very knowledgeable about everything regarding the home and knew many people in the community that could help us with the tasks that we needed including painting, cleaning, Electrical work, flooring, HVAC work and so on. He made the selling process extremely easy even though we were selling from a distance, having already moved by the time we were ready to sign the closing papers. We had 2 houses to sell and Randy was recommended to us by my son. He sold the first house within the week and got us more than the asking price. It took us a little longer to sell the second one as the market was changing and the house needed updating on the inside. However, it didn't take too long and we got a good price for it too. Randy kept in contact and offered lots of advice. He walked us through each step along the way. He also allowed us to use a truck to help move stuff out. I would use his service again and would recommend him to family and friends. And I don't take that lightly. He made a harrowing situation so much better. Thank you Randy from the bottom of my heart.
