Kaitlynn is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She did a great job at listening to exactly what I wanted in my first home. When I was buying houses were selling within days of being listed. She was able to show me a house before it was listed and I was able to buy it before others could. She knows all the good folks in the business as well; she recommended an inspector that gave me a veterans discount and a lender that had the best rates!
