Based upon recommendations from a few friends, we contacted The Kohler Group about selling our home. Kari quickly came to our house and we were pleased with her plan and history of success. She made suggestions for things to do before the showings and gave us contacts to do the work. Kari and her team are excellent communicators and quickly responded to our texts. I love that they have an agent at the home during all showings- no door lock-box is needed- so you know your property is safe and monitored. They turn on and off all the lights and make sure we didn’t miss any details. We were under contract with-in 3 days of listing.
