I think if you're going to lie, you need to make sure you both are on the same page. The husband told me that they had 2 apartments available between $500 and $600. Then, the wife tells me they only have one available. I'm a good person, just trying to get back on her feet. They really missed out on a person who would have been a good tenant. Their loss!!

Not worth it. Girlfriend and i both work full time 40 hour week jobs, apart from my mowing service which reels in another 1200 a month we were still declined for even a simple $450 a month studio. Just to get us thru winter. When i did get ahold of him he wouldnt talk for more then 30 seconds. No questions not anything to try to explain our situation. I am purchasing a home in the spring but i cant get approved for a studio apartment for 4-6 months and now im going to need to drive from out of town to get to work. Homeless for now. thanks

BedBugs!! Ants and broken screens bugs fly right in, landlord refused to replace AC unit said I broke it and would not even let me put a new one in.. I was evicted for putting food grade diatomaceous earth down to kill bugs!! And 3 days after my notice was given he threw my things in the dumpster and would not return my deposit now I am suing the a-hole.. DO NOT RENT constant complaints from previous renters I met...
