Wes did an outstanding job. He quickly responded to any and all questions or concerns. Wes took the time to get to know me and my family and our wants and needs. He suggested houses that he thought would be a good choice and took the time to explain why a house, that I suggested, wouldn't be what I wanted. Wes was there for me when I was questioning and doubting everything the week before closing. He was there at the closing and has even checked in with me since signing. If I ever decided to purchase a house again, Wes would be the first person I call. Highly recommend!

We just closed on our house! We worked with Wes Smith through Stence Realty. He deserves 100 stars!!! The process of buying a house is an exciting journey—but also a stressful one. I am so grateful for the working relationship that we were able to develop with Wes because he was definitely our main support system from start to finish to see us through to the end. He was very accommodating to work around our atypical schedules and he conducted himself with the highest standards of ethical practice. Carol Rice was wonderful!!! We had a great experience selling our home. Stence Realty initiated the best drone footage from “In His Image” photography, and I feel it made all the difference in online viewing of our property and interior. Carol fought hard for us to get the best price. Overall a wonderful process!!

Reuben has been my realtor for the purchase of two properties over the last 6 months. He always made himself available for the walkthroughs of properties I was interested in. He was receptive to my questions about these properties. He assisted in locating a mortgage lender and for the information for transference of services for both properties.. All in all Ruben made the buying experience for both properties easy and it was a pleasure to deal with him!!
