Terrible terrible company. We signed for a house and got told it would be cleaned again since it was disgusting, but to our surprise no extra cleaning got done. The owner is a real jerk, is very belittling and doesn’t take the maintenance requests seriously. A co-worker told me not to sign with Sondgeroth since they knew the company was run by a slumlord, but I did anyway and they are indeed slumlords.

Edit: Your absurd response is a perfect example of how you treat your tenants. Nobody is wasting time writing bogus reviews about you, just real ones about the truth of how you treat some people. I’m not using my real name as this review is public, but we were signed to you for a year. We’re actually now having quite a bit of trouble contacting you over the phone and through your office so it’s funny you responded to my review so quickly. We’ve been calling a lot so either way we should’ve been responded to. If I could give you another 1 star review I would!

Hi, we just finally got our deposit back after almost 80 days of you illegally holding it. We moved out Nov 30, and the date on our deposit mail back to us was Feb 15…… We both tried to contact your office via email, text, and call. I remember the text I received said I would have my deposit (which was supposed to be a lot bigger) within 45 days but turns out it took double the time. Plus your office gave no real receipts on why you took so much of my deposit, just word of mouth is still not a valid reason to hold my deposit. thanks.

They're generally on top of things, as with any property management office, they do have other tenants but do try to get things repaired asap, especially if important. Their policies are fair, including late fees. It's not outrageous. They dont harass you constantly, and are respectful and polite. So far i have had no major issues with them and will be renewing my lease probably up until I'm to a point of being able to take the next step and buy my own house.
