Friendly, accommodating, professional staff. Beautiful apartments, clean upon move in, quick and effective maintenance. I’ve lived with them a year, and I renewed my lease for another! If you refer a new tenant, they offer a discount on a month of rent too!

Dont expect to get your deposit back. Everything is nit picked to the smallest detail. I KNOW my apartment was clean when I left, minus shampooing the carpets

I have been a tenant with Smart Choice Properties for some time. The company itself goes beyond expectation. They are friendly, professional, accommodating. My personal experience with Lad has been great! The complex I live in is small, quiet, the apartment itself when I moved in was fully ready for when I was ready to move. If anyone is looking into a company to rent from I highly recommend contacting them.

Stupid expensive for a cheap basic apartment 🙄 then the county market on sixth st shuts down mind you totally out of my control i lose my job then I get hit by a car as a pedestrian on recreational Dr right in the head had tbi then oh! Your evicted gotta rush out in one day totally do not recommend 👎🫷

Lad as a landlord is awesome! Always accommodating and friendly. Willing to assist all our needs and just wonderful. Rob the owner is very understanding and made sure that his units are in best shape before we move in. Smart Choice was the right choice we did in renting here with my daughter and husband. I couldn’t thank them enough. The units are clean and maintained and if there are issues when you call them they make sure they fix it right away for our convenience. Thank you!

Thank you Smart Choice Properties staff. I called last Sunday afternoon because I was having issues with my thermostat, stove and refrigerator.
