These places are falling apart. The water supply within the house smells. You can’t regulate the temperature it’s always freezing on the third floor freezing on the low level. Horrible HOA. The landscaping is a joke just mud everywhere no mulch put down since the place was built. The canal is dirty looks like toxic waste. Garbage everywhere I have two drug dealers within my “section”. Police frequent here. There were actual heroine needles strewn all over our street.beer cans everywhere. No one pick up after their dog. Don’t move here!
