My family just moved in and there were a few things that needed to be fixed. Elizabeth was very prompt with making sure everything was corrected. The maintainence men were very professional and explained how they had to fix things and did it the correct way! Very impressed so far!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with this rental company and I have to say, I am thoroughly disappointed. I paid a non-refundable $30 application fee to apply to one of their properties, and it was all downhill from there.

After submitting my application, I didn't receive any updates from them for over two weeks. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through email and phone, but to no avail. Not once did I receive a response from this unprofessional and unresponsive company.

I mean, come on, if you're going to charge people an application fee, you should at least have the decency to follow up with them. It's not like I was asking for the moon, all I wanted was a simple update on my application status.

To anyone considering doing business with this company, I would strongly advise against it. Don't waste your money like I did. This rental company is a complete joke and clearly doesn't care about its customers.

This rental company is absolutely awful, do no waste your time, your money, they don’t deserve a dime from anyone. I wish you could give 0 stars. We have black mold in the bathroom and they just painted over it. The ceiling leaks all the time and they never fix it and leave the ceiling all messed up. We are moving out and no one has called us back in over a month after leaving several messages. This company is complete garbage.

This place seems legit but idk. I can't get anyone on the phone at all at any number provided by the site. I really hope this isn't a scam but can't reach anyone. Got a text back but that was hours in-between will no information given at all
