Clayton Burnett did an outstanding job helping me purchase a home in the perfect neighborhood. He was always very responsive to texts/calls, and after seeing several properties a day for a couple weeks, a house came up for sale on a desirable street near the Illini Golf Course, and he was able to get my offer in immediately.

Clayton works very hard to get the best results in negotiations after the initial acceptance of an offer, and stays in constant communication with everyone. His efforts were critical in getting the closing moved up almost 2 weeks sooner than planned.

I loved working with this team. I sold my house recently using realtors Shelly Burnett and Clayton Burnett with Beverly Collins Sales Team and RE/MAX Professionals. What an amazing experience! They made this as pressure free and stress free as possible. Answered all my questions. Explained each part of the process. Had recommendations for home repair, cleaning and inspection when I needed them. Kept me "in the loop" with all showings and offers. Recommenr them highly. Will use them again if and when I sell this home.

This is my second time working with Clayton. He was a buyer's agent for.me when I bought my new home and closed in 2020 (the day before COVID shut down). Was very professional and thorough.
