I had a pleasant experience right from touring the model house to buying our dream home. Pulte was very supportive of our payment plan and if not for them, we would have never be part of this community. The entire home buying process was so seamless and different people from pulte stepped in and helped us. They always kept me happy and tried hard for better APR and incentives. I would definitely rate these guys high. Thanks Pulte.

These guys are using unethical practices in their home bidding process to drive up the bids for new homes. The dubious practices include creating false sense of demand, I had to chase the sales consultants down because they claimed they were overwhelmed with the demand. When I dropped in the office unexpectedly, it wasn’t he case at all! Additionally, they are creating an atmosphere of “best offer wins” by not accepting bids that aren’t priced well over market price, I’ve done a lot of bidding on new homes but never experienced these shady practices! How can we trust Pulte? Be careful!

Would have given 5 stars because we love our new home and working with the whole team was a great experience, but we are extremely disappointed that there is water intrusion in our basement, which apparently started prior to our closing

You can only afford it if you’re willing to pay $50,000 as a down payment which is too difficult to pay all at once. When asked if the down payment can be made in 2 payments, we were told no because apparently “customers are willing to pay them that much”. Really liked the model homes, but please do not make the process soo difficult! Also the price that was posted online was not the actual price. It was about $100k additional with all the basic updates.

It’s just the marketing strategy they keep the price low. When you go and check the upfront of what you have to pay at the start to book a lot is $50000. It’s not worth. We asked for 2 payments they denied the option. They mentioned in website is 450k but when you go and check the sales people say “ No it’s different it’s not the same”. The actual cost is 100k more. I doubt do this guys really share the feedback to the senior management. It’s just for name sake they add the response to the customers by saying we will forward it to senior management. This feedbacks are not even taken seriously. Other competitors ask minimum upfront 10-15 k. A BIG NO to Pulte!!! The below customer ruby also wrote the same issue of what I felt. They did not improve on the feedback to be honest since 2 months.

We had a terrible experience with final walk through process. Once we entered the home we figured out one of the structural changes that we had requested was misplaced and when asked about it they said nothing can be done now as they can't make any correction on the structural changes. It was real miss from the agent in putting incorrect data and building in a format that was never approved by us. This was heartbreaking for us as it definitely affected the look and feel of the house and seeing our investment not coming out as we requested is disheartening. They were very rude and unresponsive in this matter and no action was taken to fix the issue. I would definitely not recommend Pulte to my friends and family.
