I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for Safe Harbor Properties management team. My experience with them has been nothing short of spectacular, and I feel compelled to share just how exceptional they have been as my landlords!

Recently, I faced a significant personal hardship when I lost my job. During this challenging time, Safe Harbor Properties went above and beyond to support me. Their understanding and willingness to work with me through this difficult period were truly remarkable. They demonstrated a level of compassion and flexibility that is rare to find.

I lived in a duplex managed by Safe Harbor for 4 years and had a wonderful experience. They were quick to fix any maintenance problems and everyone I interacted with was kind and approachable. In a world where the norm is to have a lukewarm relationship with your landlord, it was so refreshing to have a genuinely positive relationship with the entire management company. I lived in a duplex with Safe Harbor for 4 years and it was such a beautiful home. Safe Harbor made the experience so much better by establishing a great relationship with us. Very few repairs needed to be made, but when the time came, they were always prompt. Genuinely couldn't recommend more!

We had a wonderful time at this palmetto dunes Villa and Hilton head. Brittany and Larry could not have been better hosts. They were responsive to any questions we had including recommendations for restaurants. The place was decorated beautifully and perfect for our family of six.

I appreciated the modern look of the apartment and the new appliances. No rodents or insects were a plus! I didn't like the location. Overall, Safe Harbor rectified any maintenance requests or complaints we presented. The staff, Kay and Brittany were always very kind and understanding. Upon fulfilling the terms of my lease, I received my full security deposit refund. We worked really hard to thoroughly clean the apartment our final day there but we were still afraid that we would not receive our full deposit refund. We are grateful for Safe Harbor's professionalism and honesty. I would recommend Safe Harbor units to anyone seeking to rent👍.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I was interested at looking at some of their properties and sent a request for more information. They got back to me quickly and encouraged me to pay them $50 to run a background check/credit check. After paying the $50 and filling out an application, I did not hear from Safe Harbor Properties for over a week when they told me it would be one or two days before the application was approved. I called repeatedly and left messages with no response. Eventually, after a week and a half of constant calls, someone contacted me to set up a showing. They left the keys in a lockbox and I toured the apartments by myself. I was not very impressed with the quality of the apartments. They were not clean when I toured them and they needed maintenance for issues such as ripped carpet, stains etc. One of the staff members texted me after the showing asking if I had any questions. I replied with several questions, and received no answers. When expressing my concerns about lack of communication, I was told the company was short staffed. However, the lack of customer service and making me pay $50 up front made it feel like a scam especially since no one followed up with me after I had questions about the apartments I toured.

This landlord company does not do maintenance requests in a timely manner, they will not notify you of issues they have and will go straight to eviction if necessary. In regards to getting a deposit back, they won’t even talk to you directly if you are on the lease, just to the leaseholder. They are quite ignorant of blatant issues being brought up regarding the safety and health of the tenants. Worst landlord company I have ever been through in my entire existence. I highly recommend you go somewhere else for a cheaper, more stable place to live. 0/5 stars if that would be possible on google.

I have rented two times from Safe Harbor. Both apartments were in great shape at a reasonable price. Both apartments were in good neighborhoods, with all my needs in close proximity. Everything worked when I started and when I left. I received my entire security deposit upon me surrendering my keys. The staff was always helpful and even came in on a day off when I arrived to pick up my keys. All in all, I would come back to Safe Harbor without question. AAA +++
