As a first time home buyer, we were lucky to have Ruta as our agent. She is very kind, patient, and very experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate field. She made sure that we understand the whole process of purchasing a home, and put our need for a home as a priority. During the 5 weeks of house hunting, Ruta and Nick taught us to recognize the pros and cons of a house, and soon we feel like we become a Pro because of the knowledge they passed to us. We made 4 offers along the way, and finally landed and closed at the 4th one, it’s been a tough market, but Ruta helped us to get the house we wanted. Ruta also introduced us the legal, house inspection, pre-approval and loan resources while we were clueless about what and where to get help like this, and they were all very pleasant to work with, made our life much easier.
