Classic Bait and Switch

Slightly irritated to see a “no fee”
apartment advertised and when you arrive get told that actually it’s 1 month + 15% Management fee for a total of 2.8 months.

By slightly irritated I mean seriously irritated.

To the Atelier responder. If you think this is fake then ask the Richard guy sporting the Hermes belt and Rolex. He quoted 1 month + 15% of rent = $6000 upfront + (15% = $900 per month) which is $10.8K for a total of $17.8K for a $6K rental apartment (which for those doing the math is 2.8 months) None of this was disclosed in your listing.

I just purchased a unit in the Atelier building through River 2 River Realty and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
