I have rented from Linda at Richlin properties for over 7 years. The staff is always so helpful, especially Shawn and the maintenance team! I recently had my water heater go out and they made sure it was replaced the same day. Over the years they have replaced my roof, repainted the exterior, made modifications inside to help me get around during my cancer treatment, and are extremely responsive when repairs are needed.
Richlin does not have the same owner as bailco.
