RICE PROPERTY MnGEMENT is not a good management company to use you will have to micro manage them. Keep searching and Do Not Stop go to the next company. My tenants past due rents where not collected and MY property was going down due to repairs needed they do not have a team to care what is needed. They do not have a staff to sufficiently take care and help keep your property up and running. I try to support our black own business but sometime it's not the best thing to do. THUMBS DOWN

I've worked with Mr. And Mrs. Rice for years as a landlord and investor. Mrs. Rice sold two properties for me, and Mr. Rice has been very helpful with renovations and maintenance issues. Both are straightforward, honest, realistic and patient. I'm puzzled by the few negative reviews - I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Rice Realty Property Management. 7 years ago I lost my home due to the morgage situation in Illinois.
They helped me find a decent home.
Yes, I was given a second chance to reside in a nice home.

On the real note I rented from them a year ago and to be honest they was straightforward with me the landlord always had somebody next day if it was a problem that I know for a fact ms rice isn’t a bad person but she have her ways like everyone else that’s life but I will do business with them again and recommend somebody I know ms rice will put you in a place just make sure you pay your rent period

They don't repair anything properly, Ms. Rice looks down upon everyone as if they're beneath her. She's dishonest & a crook!! I'll never recommend anyone to work, invest or live in any of her properties!!
