Cori was very confident in what price to list the house for. I was skeptical, but I trusted her. She came out to personally stage the house and had a brilliant marketing plan that included private pre-screening for neighbors/friends and family. The virtual walkthrough that was put together was magical as well. We received 6 offers in 1 day and all of them were over our asking price. Working with buyers is always challenging and this was the case here as well. With some careful guidance, Cori was able to save an almost-lost opportunity. The last step before closing was receiving the appraisal for the lender to give a green light. Cori went to personally meet the appraiser to make sure they understood all of the upgrades. Long story short, I give Cori a 10/10 and you will be lucky to work with her and her team.

As a first time home buyer, and a single mom, I had a lot of questions and worries about the whole home-buying process. Greg was very knowledgeable and if he didn’t have an answer to a question I had, he was quickly able to find it out for me. He was very responsive to and patient with my 5000 questions and worries and helped the process move quickly and smoothly. Whenever I saw a property listed that I wanted to see, he was quick to set up a time for us to go see it as soon as possible too. I would use Greg again in the future if I needed, and also would recommend him to others.

Greg and Judy were unlike any realtor that we have ever encountered. Despite my wife and me being annoyingly (in my opinion) particular in the home we wanted, there was absolutely no question that Greg and Judy always had our best interests at heart. One specific instance that I must share was when we almost closed on a home only to find an issue with the home inspection (a water issues). My wife and I felt bad at the amount of work Greg and Judy had already provided us in to get us this point in our home buying experience that we felt we owed it to them to commit to this home.
