House 2 Rent has been a great place to do business with. They are very responsive to your needs. They are johnny on the spot if anything needs repair. There s no hassle from them ever and I believe you will be as happy as I have been. Megan has been wonderful to me and everyone in our complex. Ive never heard one negative thing from any of my neighbors . Check them out you won't be disappointed

My husband and I had been looking for a house to rent for quite sometime and we were pointed in the direction of House 2 rent. We put in several applications for houses and called to get updates on the status and we would get a response of " its still be processed" and then we wouldn't hear back from them at all. If you are running a business correctly then you would contact the people that have put in an application for an address and let them know that they weren't selected or their application was declined, not just leave them hanging for them to find out through the Facebook page or the website that the location they've put an application in for has already been rented. We are good renters, we have guaranteed payments as my husband is a veteran. We make 3x the amount of rent they were asking for as well. The lack of communication from this company is unprofessional and very discouraging when you are looking for a house. There are so many scammers out there trying to rip people off, you would think that a company like house 2 rent would want to keep their clientele. All it takes is a simple phone call or email to keep someone updated.

I called in search of a 3 bedroom home. I feel the statements made during the call was very prejudice. I spoke with a women, She assumed I couldn’t afford, the application, house or have the credit score to rent the home. When I asked for the application, she stated “I don’t think that’s a good ideal” …

I wish I didn’t have to leave a bad review, but hopefully this can help someone in the future. Went to go see a property & there was a shopping cart full of garbage out front as well as a front room full of even more garbage. We could smell rotten pizza from the road. I hope they fully disclose the (very high) possibility of vermin to whoever moved there. I also hope they fully clean future properties before wasting potential tenants time. They still charged an application fee directly from savings, even though we were not able to view the property due to the state of it not being disclosed. A really disappointing and stressful experience.

I really appreciate being denied residence when I am a disabled veteran that is living off of my service connected disability directly from the VA while I'm in between jobs and I move here and have barely lived in this town over a year since covid and I dont know anyone and I just need a home and you waste my time for a week after taking my money- thank you for your service in the infantry in iraq and afghanistan now go live out on the streets because we won't approve veterans for a home
