I haven’t YET leased with this company but I have recently had an experience with them.
The property manager is EXTREMELY helpful, communicative and friendly. She was delightful to talk speak with honestly. I’m not sure of the name of the person who answered when I called but she also said as extremely nice. I called with a unique situation but neither of them made me feel like a burden when I was explaining. I’m going to do business with them soon and everyone else should also.
I’m going to recommend to anyone with a listening ear lol.

Regions property management is a good company. But Gary is really rude. He has hung up on me multiple times after i complained about something wrong with my apartment. I hope they let him go soon because everyone else is really nice. But he is terrible at communicating!

Have been given so much grief by them. The maintenance man came in my home taking pictures of my cricut and materials. And then I was harassed and accused of running a business on their property. Then having an ESA they so conveniently lost the paperwork and sent me an eviction letter saying no animals on their property. The maintenance man always conveniently does the work when no one is home. And is always taking pictures when he assumes things. But what they need to worry about are the people smoking weed and partying in their places not people that pay they rent and don’t cause no drama. All people wanna do is work and go home and try to enjoy what little they can in this over priced town.
