We were so lucky to find Cathy to sell our home. One of her greatest strengths was understanding the market and recommending price point. Her greatest strength was being there no matter what time or day for questions and to walk us through each step of the process. We had not removed anything from the house after the kids (adults) left and had a lot of furniture and clutter. We had Cathy's recommendations, but she also provided a team for us to work with. They provided contemporary paint colors and a deep clean before showing the house. Cathy had great connections and provided service references that could immediately help us. She and her team showed us where furniture should be placed to best show the rooms and what should be removed.
