This is the worst company to ever rent from. The staff is rude. The will not fix anything. They have late fees that are out of this world high. The prey on low income people. The owner of the company in reality is the only one that real has some kind of sense. Beware of this company by all means. I have been living with wasps from day 1 and they won't do anything about it. The floors are all sinking in. There is a big hole in floor that they never fix. Then the mold in the basement they told me put bleach on it. Do not rent from them.

Not worth your time or money.

So I'm gonna go ahead and elaborate on the review I posted before, since after moving out and getting screwed out of my security deposit the whole process has shed further light on how these people choose to operate. My roommates and I moved into a place in a not so great area, where we were in my opinion, overcharged. Setting that aside, we found out after moving in that the door knob on the front door was not functional, making the lock the only thing that actually held the door closed. In addition to this, the bathroom in the basement was worse than we originally thought we had agreed to suffer through, as the shower had what appeared to be an old used douche stuffed in the far corner, and upon lifting the lid to the toilet, we discovered a ridiculous quantity of worms, both dead and alive, clinging to the bowl despite our attempts to flush them. A whole lot of bleach on our part later, and none of us could unsee what we had seen enough to ever actually use that toilet while we lived there. In addition to this, there was a large bassinet left behind by the previous owners in the basement, that we left untouched through our entirety of our stay, as despite informing the rental owners, they seemed to have no interest in going out of their way to remove it. In fact, they seemed to avoid fixing anything at all. The refrigerator that was there stopped working almost immediately after we moved in, and we were told repeatedly that the appliances were "not their problem". Though, what I found even funnier, was that once we informed them that at the end of our lease we were going to be moving out, THEY OFFERED US A NEW FRIDGE! After months of us asking for someone to at the very least come look at it! When we did move out, we took several days after getting all of our things out to clean the place top to bottom. After all, it was a two bedroom with a reasonably sized basement, and we wanted to be thorough so that at the very least the people who moved in after us would not have to clean to the same degree as we had when we moved in. Even after all of this, they still denied giving us back our deposit, charging us instead a CLEANING FEE, as well as charging us for the REMOVAL OF THE ITEMS (the bassinet that was there when we got there, even though I spoke with Trina who informed me it was fine to leave it behind since it was there when we got there), a missing screen on the back door that was also missing when we got there (we never even used the back door!), lightbulbs (in the basement, even though when we moved in there was only one bulb in place down there and we added 2 more, filling 3 our of the 5 spots that one could put bulbs), LABOR for replacing the screen and lightbulbs, and anything else they could think of. The absurdity of this entire experience haunts me to this day, and I truly hope anyone considering renting through them thinks twice. They are cheap, will do everything and anything possible to avoid fixing something, and ABSOLUTELY screw you out of your deposit! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I’m talking to a lawyer right now about some of the issues they have when renting and with their renters it’s horrible and I’ve found them to be a bit fraudulent so they will get what’s coming

They raised my rent 3 months before my lease was up, they don’t fix anything, and they will harass you about money. I DO NOT recommend renting from them

I currently live in one of their apartments my Air conditioning has been down since the beginning of summer they keep telling me and my fiance they are going to come fix it not only that they constantly harass us about rent when we've told them the days we are able to pay it I have a Baby Due next month and this place is ridiculous in the lease we are supposed to have a washer and dryer hookup and we don't have a washer hookup highly do not recommend renting from them unless you wanna be harassed and lied to

I didn't receive security deposit back I cleaned there was nothing wrong with apartment still havnt received itemized list of of repairs it's been almost a year they prey on low income people
