Frank and his team did EXCELLENT work building our dream home! And. . . they did it through the COVID shutdown, maintaining their professionalism and excellent service through all of its challenges! 2-1/2 years later, our home has settled with virtually no issues. What we appreciate so much about Frank is that he is very attentive, even after two+ years, around checking in during season changes to make sure that our furnace/AC, etc. are switched over properly and/or if we have any questions about anything. He is a phone call or text away, and I know that is a rare quality having built another home before. Now that we are finishing our basesment, Frank and his subcontractors are working with us so we are able to maintain the very high qualilty and custom work that began with the building of our house! My husband and I would highly recommend RL Builders if you want a superb quality, custom home built by someone (Frank) who truly cares about making it just right for the homeowner! DO NOT use this guy! Frank is extremely unprofessional and he’s very untrustworthy! He does a great job of living off of his father’s reputation but he’s not to be trusted! His markups are ridiculously high and is timeliness is awful. If you have hopes of getting things done on time and on budget, Frank isn’t the guy you want to trust with that level of responsibility.

Frank doesn’t price jobs well either. He told me that he could do a job for one price but after spending money on plans and other things, his actual bid was 50% higher than what he’d originally quoted.

Avoid this guy! He’s a scammer and and he’s the wrong person to put in charge of your investment.

R L Builders did a fantastic job with our kitchen renovation. All of the subcontractors that he used were experienced craftsmen. Frank went above and beyond. Always there to supervise and work himself. Mike Lynch created a work of art with his tile skills
