Zero stars if I could!

I do not know where to even start - very rude customer service, after coming out I never received any documentation - I asked for the documentation a month later and they never responded to me or never sent out the documentation. Over six month after they performed the services I received the official plot with an invoice? And to top it all off, they are blaming me for the poor communication after never responding to me or sending me my plot. Ridiculous! I would stay far away from this company!!

Prices are very high compared to their competition for a standard survey job. Also, spoke with a person that had a very rude & confrontational attitude. Not what you want if there are problems down the road. Too many other surveying companies in the area that are better, less expensive and more professional than this place.

spoke with the owner to bring this matter to his attn. as a courtesy. Quickly learned he supports this kind of behavior in the office ? the closing atty tried to move forward with doing a survey but was told 'not unless this review was retracted' ? This additional abuse earned them a 1 star. Companies with better prices and more professional attitudes towards customer: R E Allen and, Heritage land consultants.

Very easy to work with. Each step of the process was outlined for us, and R E Decker kept to their schedule as promised. They came to me highly recommended, and I can see why!

I called RE Decker Co for a boundary survey for a client, because I had good results from them in years past. They agreed to do the survey for $225. Later, they sent us the survey with a bill for $625. In decades of Law practice, none of my clients have ever had to pay $625 for a single family home boundary survey, so I was surprised. When calling to ask about the high price after the lower price quote, Mr. Pavletic became agitated and said 'just tear up the survey and bill and forget it'. We did. I was told later by their office that Mr. Pavletic now owns RE Decker Co, and Mr. Decker doesn’t even work there anymore. So, I recommend you not expect the same good service that Mr. Decker once delivered, and you get any price quotes from Mr. Pavletic in writing before ordering.

Reasonably priced and plat of survey was much more detailed than my previous survey. Pleasant surveyor arrived on time and spent hours locating property pins and taking measurements. These guys are good 👍
