I've lived here over 2 years because I have no other option. My kitchen faucet still leaks after maintenance came twice to "fix" it.

My walls have looked like this for two weeks despite multiple attempts to have them fixed. I took off work because maintenance was scheduled at 11-1, and then I called when they didn't show and was told 3:30. And then they suddenly said "by the end of the day" and they "hope it's fixed today."

One time, I called to report that my heat didn't work and they literally said "It's hard to believe yours doesn't work because everyone else's does."

They are rude. The place has cocroaches. My apartment is falling apart and they don't care. 1 star is too generous.

We lived in the apartment in Countryside, Illinois until 2007. That time, was a slum. Had a leak in the bathroom where he covered the big hole with drop ceiling tike. Gary Glavach ran a shady apartment complex. He's never there, he only collects rent. Gets paid in cash. Please don't rent from him or anyone. RENTER BEWARE! His attorney is a crook, too.

This company took over the building in November. The first thing they did was raise the rent by 25% immediately, just in time for the holidays. The cleanliness and care of the building has plummeted. The laundry room (which, of the two dryers for the whole building, one has been broken and unusable for 4 months now) is constantly filled with old standing water. We asked for work to be done on our cabinets and screens in December, and now that we are more than halfway through March, nothing has been done. They did find the time today to shut off the water to our unit for a non emergency faucet replacement in someone else's unit without giving any notice or estimate for length of time it will be out, while I was in the middle of doing dishes. When I tried to ask the repair guy, he was dismissive.

Where do I even start with this company “world investment” or “property rental”. Me and my family rented with them for over 3 years, and all it’s been is an headache. We have never talked to any landlords or owners. Niaz who got us started with these people left shortly after we moved in. Our first apartment in Brookfield was DISGUSTING. There was black mold and dead mice in the apartment. No matter what we did it was like the apartment couldn’t stay clean. Washer and dryer were disgusting and always breaking down. There was also a sex offender who lived downstairs near families and a park. Our 2nd apartment in riverside had carbon monoxide leaks, tenants leave food cooking and leave it unattended or they have druggies in the same building as you. They call the tow company on their own tenants so make sure you put that sticker right away. Lastly don’t even think about leaving ANYTHING in their basements/outside in front NOWHERE. They will hire people to “clean” and EVERYTHING! Will be gone. They had the nerve to say it was all my fault because I left my things in the basement and my things were in the garbage. Except they don’t throw anything out they steal. If you tell them Your not renewing the lease and owe them money they will throw an eviction on your record. Save yourself from the mental and emotional damage. We stayed so long due to bad credit. So glad God has gotten us away from these bad people.

Please, whatever you do, don't move into property rental buildings. They have rodent / cockroaches, and they won't help you fix the problem. Only charge for rent this should be no stars. They even had a bat in their hallway. Don't move there, please. You will regret it.

This place is the worst, they choose not to fix ANYTHING.raise the rent, THE BATHROOM IS disgusting so i cant take a shower. When we fist got there we was promised another room. The one we got needed repairs. So we was homeless until they fixxed it. They fixed nothing in the apartment and said, “ pay us then we will fix it.the floor is dirty no matter what you put on it. Flys find there way in. Missing screens. Mice threw the vents. And no heart or ac. And the laundry room…i mean the basement has broken machines. The owner has no care for anything he just wants the money and will keep you down and the parking sucks all around worst place to be

I do not recommend moving into any of these apartments .. unless you are in desperate need of quick housing
They charge very high prices to not even keep up with the complex. There is rats in the walls constantly scratching and chewing on dry wall .. there is roaches in the hall ways so eventually you find some in your unit .. any issue you bring up They send someone to look at and they say they can't do much about it .. they will raise you up atleast $200 after your first year on a lease & if you ever try to go to court they will pay off the judge I've had workers that work for property rental tell me they dismiss most issues with the unit to not have to pay services..slum lords at its finest .. can't ever get anything fixed. Can't wait to move out of these apartments it is disgusting how they charge $1000 for a 1 bed room unit that has bugs and mice. Also if you have hopes in getting your security deposit back .. don't they find any excuse to keep the extra money.

These people are thieves, just plain and simple.

I watched them try to steal money from a woman in my building while I was in the leasing office. Sure enough, they tried doing the same thing to me ("losing" the payment I provided).

The building is crawling with lice, mice, rats, and black mold/asbestos.
