Very unprofessional, and failure to communicate or do proper research. Agreed to work with builder and help us get a house, but just continued to promise things and then never followed through. Didn't even properly research building permit codes and then expected us to payout a ridiculous amount of money and not ask questions. When you do ask questions they lie and condescendingly reply. Had to go to the city and ask for public records of the house permit and plans to find out that everything they told us for months was a lie. They finally decided to not work with us when we called them out on their lies after 4 months of delays.

DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE WITH PREMIER MIDWEST REALTY.

I have been interested in purchasing a house listed by Kason Wallace at Premier Midwest Realty. I have the cash on hand for a cash offer. My calls and emails were repeatedly ignored, as were my real estate agent's. Eventually I setup a confirmed meeting through an online scheduler... and she stood us up again. I had one brief response after I messaged her managing broker directly.... then radio silence again.

I want to reiterate - I am a serious cash buyer and they will not give me or my real estate agent information.

The property is being sold through a conservatorship. I pity the family who is selling this, they probably don't even know that there may be better offers on the table if their agent would just pick up the phone.

Do not list with Premier Midwest Realty if you want a responsive agent who will actually field offers on your behalf.
