The only reason I rated a 1 star is because I couldn’t give them less. I bid on a listing at asking price and didn’t receive an answer. Later on a Monday morning at 7:45 my realtor called to inform me that my best offer should be in by 8am. Sometime overnight on Sunday the listing agent Tamara O’Conner posted that offers should be in by 8am on Monday morning. There was no communication to that effect and it left us scrambling after we found out. I am a 100% disabled veteran and expect people to be courteous and professional. So if you expect that also do not give Tamara or Premier Living Properties your business and if you bid on one of their listings do not expect fair treatment because they are unscrupulous.

On September 14 2021 Mrs.Tamara came to see my home walked thru my home for a estimate/comp on my house and as of today I have never heard back from her. Not sure what happened I have never received any information or even a phone call to let me know she is not interested in doing business with me. I am not impressed with the professionalism that it was offered. I had really high hopes because there advertisement was at my door step every year.
