The property Mgr is very good at lease scams and always trying to get over on his tenants that's why his property located on S.6th St. In SouthernView IL has always had lots of vacancy because now that the SouthernView Village has given him over $250,000 of Tiff money to remodel the exterior of the strip mall. The insides of each still needs to be updated with ADA restrooms but he want to put the cost on the tenants and still expects the tenant to pay a premium lease. Lol! he also screwed over the tenant that ownes Gambling Granny's gaming. During the time of negotiating the terms with the owner of Gamblin Granny's and to other business owners were present in June of 2016 when John Kilroy agreed that if the owner of Gamblin Granny's gaming would sign a 5yr. and pay the1st yr in full that he would give his word that the owner of Gamblin Granny's gaming would have the only rights in that mall location to have a Video Gaming Parlor and would be the only person that could open another gaming parlor in that same strip mall. Now after 2 yrs. Have gone by the landlord/part owner of the property has now applied for a gaming license and now John Kilroy has cause himself a lawsuit soon coming his way. So again this is how John Kilroy operates as a property Mgr/ owner so beware of this because u also could be a victim of this shady individual. There was also another couple that could also tell you about him leasing a space and had all terms agreed on the space and then after the couple went and got licences that we're need for there business and putting out $1,000 John Kilroy decided to tell them they needed to put ADA restrooms in the unit or if not the rent would go up according to the cost of the ADA restrooms. Again becareful. It's best if you just stay away from that property.

Well Joe/Carl or what ever name you are going by now. I am really not clear on that as it seems to change with the wind. I wrote a nice long response to you review here listing every lie half truth, lease breaking, illegal thing that you did to cause this mess. But after speaking with several people that know you well, I decided you are not worth the effort.
