Tim was amazing at helping me find the perfect commercial space for my growing business! I first worked with Tim in 2007. He was able to sell my house during the 2008 housing crisis in a timely manor and for a great price which was no easy task during that time! He made several recommendations during the process of things I could do with my home to ensure I sold for maximum value. Tim did a great job on getting our commercial building sold. We had other agents try to sell it and when that didn't work out Tim was recommended to me by a friend and Tim did an unbelievable job getting me all of the details on why it didn't sell, provided a written plan of action to put in place, gave us a marketing strategy and sold the property quickly as a direct result of his specific plan.
