Do not recommend, she will ask for her commission regardless if you decide on terminating the contract with her or else she will hold your property until contract dies out. She gets passive aggressive if you do not do what she is recommending you to do, almost as if we work for her rather than she works for us as it should be. Very unprofessional, does not have much experience. If you are a first time seller, you will not gain any experience or understanding of the process as she does not know it herself either. She will get you clients that will turn out not to be approved and will waste your time.
