I am writing this as a testimonial of Michelle’s expertise and experience in the Real Estate Market. she was the seller on the home we purchased and she was awful to work with. Took forever to respond and always complained about how busy she was. On top of that she puts these god awful for sale signs in the front yard which kills the grass in that spot so we now have a large bald/dead spot right in the middle of our front yard that after 2 years still has refused to regrow

Edited to respond to owners response. I find it interesting that your response is to attack me instead of just simply offering to fix the problem. YOU DO REALIZE that my agent did try to contact you multiple times with no response from you to fix my grass. YOU DO REALIZE that you mentioned nothing about your slow response time, we almost walked away from buying this house because of how long it took you to get back to us after we made our offer and how many times our agent had to attempt to get in contact with you before you finally acknowledged that we exist. All your response did is further assure me that I would never hire you or recommend you to any one I know who is selling or buying. I am disgruntled because after the closing of our home, your response time went from ridiculously slow to non existent. The vibe I got from you is that you got your sale so what do you care.
