So let me just say that we all go through our ups and downs, and my credit dropped about 200 points a few years back due to Covid and some personal family issues being in and out the hospital. I just want to say that, regardless it was very hard to find a new place to rent Would give us a time a day no matter how much money we made and all came down to credit and I just one person‘s credit but everybody 18 and older with clean records and great jobs. We still found it hard to get approved and with a countdown coming close to being in the streets, this McCarthy property management was the only place at a 50 places that we applied and Northwest suburbs that gave us a chance they have different properties and different locations and they come with fair value prices of rent and their expectations are fair and reasonable and if you have a problem on the property, they send somebody immediately. They are not slumlords they are great landlords great management company. I would highly suggest this for people that have been given nothing less than a chance, this place can be the place that changes your life of you and your family when you need a place to stay I highly recommend this place. I would give them more stars if I could.

McCarthy Property Management is awesome! We have been doing business with them for several years now. We work mostly with Louis who is great at communication, making sure that everyone is happy and is always willing to go above and beyond. We are so thankful for all that they do! I originally had a poor experience with the staff not completing reasonable tasks and turnovers. I had a not so good conversation with an employee. I had a conversation with the owner. He went above what was required to try to remedy the situation. I was told (and believe) the employee was corrected and will learn correct and bounce back. Even though I'm selling my property, I appreciate the willingness to make things right and turn things over on a positive note. Mike McCarthy is a man of integrity. I respect that as a business and property owner. It is unfortunately a rare quality today.

These guys are awesome! I was with another company that totally dropped the ball, closed their doors and left me with a huge mess. Louis stepped up and went out of his way to help me. He checked with his lawyers to see what I could and could not do and personally went out to the properties and contacted the people who lived there to try facilitate getting next month's rent payments to the proper place. I can't say enough about these people. Five stars all the way!

If you’re looking for a property management company, this is an excellent company. It’s obvious by their reviews that they treat their tenants with respect and do things honestly. The reviews also show that they take care of their owners/real estate investors. It’s hard to come by a property management company that has balanced positive reviews like this! I had the pleasure of speaking at length with Luis, the office manager. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

When I voiced my concerns Mccarthy property went above, beyond and out of their way to take care of the issue. Everyone I have talked to and met with are very nice, professional and fast acting. I have rented from this property management company for years!! From 2013-2020 and I can say our relationship was great!!! Never had an issue with them on anything. Between both properties that I rented I received my full deposits back no hassle. Building a long lasting relationship as a great tenant and them being great property management is the foundation to great business. I recommend McCarthy property management as my go to in the Rockford area.

I’ve used McCarthy property management for many years to help find good tenants to put in my property. Mike, Bryan and Lou do an A+ job at always letting me know what is going on from when we have some1 moving out or in to when we have an issue with something and they would like me to handle it or have 1 of their contractors handle it. No other management company will ever handle my property. Would recommend McCarthy property management to any1 who is looking to take a little stress out of their life. Great people and great to deal with
