We work with Ashley Guiney at MC Property and she is GREAT! She always responds quick to any our emails, she's very polite and we love working with her. We just all have to remember, that Management companies do not make rules, they just follow our own HOA's rules. So if we are mad about something, we need to go to Board meetings.

Very bad yet expensive! I don’t understand how these people are still managing Stanhope Square. They are paying crazy money for landscaping (C&A Landscaping) and cleaning services (Home Pride Services) whose employees are extremely lazy to do their job well. The landscapers are only making more mess rather than keeping the lawn tidy and clean, they would happily go through any kind of garbage with their machines and just spread it all over the grass. While the cleaning crew thinks that the second floor is not part of the building so no need to vacuum 🤯.
So are we all paying for this kind of “management”?

They all know who I am after abusing me and taking money from me. They never answer or return calls it takes 2 weeks on average just to get a hold of someone with a bad attitude. If there are ever problems they will gaslight you and blame you, and hold secret meeting about you as well. They will never notify you by phone or email if there is an issue either, they will just start billing you for it and hold secret meetings instead of just calling you to rectify the situation. Terrible malicious people. Stay away if you can.

The “manager “ William, who is so rude to a woman is on another level! I was in shock even talking to him! After trying to get an answer that he doesn’t have reasonable answers to he said “idk in what kind of fairytale you live in” is unprofessional!!!! Even if I do leave in a fairytale it is NOT HIS CONCERN! He called back with an attitude! Even tho on his notes were both, my husband’s and my number, he called a woman to mistreat and act like he is the boss and not try to solve any problems that they are causing!
Idk how are they in business at all! Stuff at the office are always on guard, god forbidden someone will point at all their mistakes and they of course don’t have any answers but they are circling around three sentences that they all learned by heart and they got mad if you ask them something out of those sentences!
Unprofessional!!!!! Rude !!!!! Racial discrimination!!!!! I don’t have words enough to describe this people and place!!!!!

I don’t even know where to start! William is the “manager “ there who is so rude! Talking to a women and saying “idk in what kind of fairytale you live” I would say he hate women who are trying to understand what kind of business is this when they don’t send an invoice, DON’T HAVE A PROF of sending any invoice and then they send you for collection without even sending a note to you! Saying that they don’t call or contact anyone because they manage over 3000 units! Not to say that whatever is wrong around the building where we live we have to send at least 5 emails before someone comes and look at the problem (not fixing it) we still have a whole in the sealing in our garage that nobody looked at for pas year and it’s leaking whenever it rains!!! Just so rude!!! Disrespectful!!! If you are o woman- NOT RECOMMENDING TO TALK TO THEM BECAUSE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE NOT WORTHY THEIR TIME !!!!

Well I wasn't surprised finding all of their poor google reviews after I hung up the phone with Michelle earlier today. I can not believe this company is actually managing our association. They don't return calls and if you do get a hold of them they can't answer any questions and then seem to become defiant about it as if how dare you ask them questions. I think its time to run for the board on my association and look for a new management company. If any other Property Management company's are reading this I anticipate we will be accepting bids for management service in the next year. Anyone thinking of doing business with this company should take these reviews seriously. You have been warned.

MC Property Management has assumed control of this association from a previous company that caused more detriment than benefit.
The inaugural board meeting with our MCPMC team was a resounding success. The board concurred that Atrium Court has never seen such a high degree of professionalism, nor such exemplary professional management. From the distribution of packets to the delivery of presentations and the efficient progression of the meeting, our management team excelled in a manner unparalleled.
I highly recommend them!

They liars and incompetent people. They are literally taking money from homeowners and doing absolutely nothing to fix our homes. And yet they are still trying to make us pay $1 million dollars in extra fees to continue repairs. This is ridiculous. And when they come and fix issues in our home that they caused, they bill us later to pay for it and threaten us with eviction if we don’t pay back the money the spend to fix those issues. When it was their fault to begin with.
