Matt Garrison was quick to react to my call and came to our house that day to start the selling process. Matt seemed to be very helpful and knowledgeable with the process. He was very upbeat that our house would sell quickly and it put us at ease knowing we were leaving for a Florida vacation. We started the process with Matt on Wednesday afternoon, had awesome professional pictures taken of the house on Thursday, listed the house in mls on Friday, showings on Saturday, an open house on Sunday and a signed contract from Florida by the end of Sunday.
