I’ve lived in several cities and rented in each one, living with Marion Rentals has been a great experience! The staff are wonderful and the apartments are nice and spacious. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in town!

Rented one of the new apartments on Central St. from Marion Rental Apartments this month. The manager of the property was very helpful. He came and showed me the apartment right when I called. Once I had made my decision he took me through the process of renting an apartment, got the lease signed, got my ACH ready, and gave me everything I needed to move in.

The apartments on Central St. are the nicest apartments you will find in Marion, IL. They are 2 bed 2 bath with a garage. High end appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful stained floors, and a spacious floor plan. If I understand correctly there is going to be 40 in all, and they are going up fast.

Defiantly recommend renting apartments from Marion Rental Apartments. It's been the most enjoyable renting experience I've had so far!!

Recently went to an open house for the apartments on central st. in Marion, IL. The apartments are unbelievably nice. The whole layout of the apartment makes it very spacious and everything else about the complex and apartments are nice. They even have very well done landscaping. I would defiantly recommend renting from Marion Rental Apartments.

They wanted me to give them my full social security number BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE PROPERTY. When I explained that I was uncomfortable about it and would provide my information in person, they wouldn't respond. That seems shady to me.

You shouldn't be doing background checks on people who aren't yet living there and are just inquiring.
