We had Majbrith list our suburban Libertyville home in summer 2020. Within 2 days she had photographers in for photos, handyman service for small repairs, all was set to go.

She used so many personal touches...interesting signage throughout the house pointing out good features (steam shower etc) and even providing small hand sanitizer samples for potential buyers.

We were under contract in just over a month (and she is credited with putting the buyer in touch with our house as well!) and she then worked on finding us a condo to rent downtown Chicago.

We were in a Florida during this time but we flew back a couple of times and she had a driver take us to a variety of city properties.

Then upon return to Florida, this amazing condo came on the rental market and she went down and viewed it for us...face timed me and walked the whole condo...showing me every single detail. She walked multiple blocks showing me the neighborhood via face time (I am familiar with the area but was good to get a good feel).

We decided to move ahead with a 2 year lease sight unseen by us...because we trusted her and her knowledge of what we wanted.

2 years later we used Majbrith to help us find a condo to purchase in Chicago and that experience was as great as our previous experiences. We closed with ease and now have a beautiful city pad to call home when we are in town.

She went above and beyond on so many levels...both with our sale and with finding the rental, and eventually finding a condo to purchase.
