Luciane and her colleagues helped my wife and I to buy our first home - they were absolutely phenomenal. A lot of agents in New York are just trying to make a quick deal. Luciane invests serious time in getting to know each of her clients, and works to get the best possible result for you. For example, she identified a serious structural issue with a property which had seemed nice on first glance - helping us to avoid a costly mistake. When we did find the house we wanted to buy, Luciane scoured the place, contacted neighbors in the building, and went through the documentation with a fine toothed comb, finding info which we used to secure a substantial reduction in the final price from the sellers. Luciane is a very formidable negotiator, was super responsive throughout the process, and is extremely well organized. My wife and I have already referred several friends to her and cannot recommend her highly enough!

Luciane was the listing broker of a co-op that my buyer (I represented him) bought & was incredible in working collaboratively in getting thru issues that popped up and properly preparing for the co-op application and working with the various parties involved. Having a listing broker or agent who goes the extra mile and works well with agents on the other side while is often the difference in the sale of the home getting to closing.
