It will be 2 years in September since I signed my lease with Lotz Propert Management and I am sad to say I will be ending my lease and moving across the state. I have read some awful reviews on the internet and I cannot understand why. The lady's in the office greet you with a huge smile everyday. They are more than understanding and accommodate a tenets needs. TRUE PROFESSIONALS! They tailor their service on a personal level that is next to none. By far the best experience I have had in Macomb and thus far as a renter. Great Job Lotz! Your care and compassion does not go unnoticed. I appreciate everything you have done for me over the years.

the worst people I've ever rented under. me and my kids were in a situation and they took advantage of that. my house was nowhere even fit to live in. and in the summer became overran with fleas and other bugs. and I was charged outrageous prices for rent.when I moved out when my lease was UP they took me for my security deposit and blamed me for damages that were already there. ask around Macomb and plenty of people will tell you their reputation!!
