I can’t say enough good things about Leslie Silverman, and what an amazing agent she is! This is the third time I have hired Leslie to help me buy or sell a home in Buffalo Grove and each, and every time, she exceeded my expectations! In this recent sale, the market has been great, and Leslie knew every single thing to do to maximize how much money I got for my home. She went through my house room by room, telling me exactly what to do to make the house look nice for pictures and showings. She brought in her professional photographer so the pictures really showcased my home and its features. Whereas most agents just write a few sentences about the home, Leslie‘s descriptions are so detailed and specific, and really highlighted what a great home I have. Leslie was able to get me way over list price and knew everything that needed to be done to get me to the closing. I had such a successful outcome and I owe it all to Leslie and her skills.
