We have not had working water nor functional toilets in the building for 2 days and Law Property Management has done NOTHING about it. They do not respond to calls or emails with answers. When you call the emergency number, it says to text that number. When you text that number, you get an auto response that says "THIS PHONE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE." How terrible is this of a service.

Basement door has been broken for months allowing rodents/stray cats strangers and criminals easy access to our homes. This company has acknowledge that they know of this but refuse to fix it. They only care about section 8 money

I've had a great experience with the company. From the time I completed my application to the move-in process. Also, The maintenance guy is very attentive and takes his time to complete work that needs to be done. He really goes above and beyond.

Avoid this property management company. They have zero regard for the residents they serve. They do not answer their phone. It takes them weeks to respond and then they do not do what they claim they will do. We won't renew our lease because of their terrible service.

They are terrible rental company they don’t do what they should and then charge you for repairs that aren’t there and they had gas leaks all over house from poor maintenance you call them and they never return your call maintenance slips go unanswered
